Duties/Responsibilities:

?Understand users’ requirements and function specification;
?
?Prepare technical specification;
?
?Develop software applications;
?
?Prepare test case, conduct the unit test and system test;
?
?Lead and Guide junior members in the team;
?
?Other related assignments.
?
Requirements:
?
?3+ years of working experience using object-C/C++;
?
?2+ years of practical experience on mobile application development, at least 1 year on iOS;
?
?Participated in at least one full lifecycle of commercial grade mobile applications;
?
?Proficient in iOS SDK including UI, network, database, XML/JSON parsing and other development skills;
?
?Familiar with common software architecture models, Mac OS X and X code and a variety of algorithms and data structures e.g. multithreading, network programming (Socket, http/web service) and etc.;
?
?Proficient in Object Orientated Design and related terminologies;
?
?Good understanding of SDLC -Software Development Life Cycle in software development;
?
?Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and promptly answer support related emails, phone calls and other electronic communications;
?
?Excellent communication and documentation skills in both Chinese and English;
?
?Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
?
?Entrepreneurial spirit or enjoy working in a startup environment;
?
?It’s a plus if has insurance knowledge and Android development experience with HTML5.

要求：

3年以上工作?使用Object-C / C++經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
?
?2年以上移動應(yīng)用開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少1年在iOS；
?
參與至少一個完整生命周期的商業(yè)級移動應(yīng)用程序；
?
?精通iOS SDK包括用戶界面、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、XML、JSON解析等開發(fā)技巧；
?
?熟悉常用的軟件體系結(jié)構(gòu)模型，Mac OS X和X的代碼和各種算法和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)，例如多線程，網(wǎng)絡(luò)編程（socket，HTTP / Web服務(wù)）等；
?
?精通面向?qū)ο笤O(shè)計和相關(guān)術(shù)語；
?
?熟悉SDLC -軟件開發(fā)中的軟件開發(fā)生命周期；
?
能夠獨(dú)立工作，高效地完成工作，滿足截止日期，并及時回復(fù)相關(guān)郵件、電話和其他電子通訊；
?
優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通和文檔能力；
?
優(yōu)秀的人際關(guān)系和組織能力；
?
創(chuàng)業(yè)精神或享受在創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境中工作；
?
