MAIN GOAL & OBJECTIVES
?
· To make sure operational purchasing requirements are met in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.
?
確保公司運(yùn)營采購需求的到及時(shí)高效的滿足，為項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營節(jié)省成本。
?
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
?
· Lead RFQ, tendering, negotiation, market research and finally the purchase of production related direct & indirect materials, equipment.
?
主導(dǎo)公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營有關(guān)的直接與間接物資、設(shè)備的詢價(jià)、招標(biāo)、采購談判、市場調(diào)研等工作。
?
· In close coordination and communication with operational teams to make sure their requirements are satisfied in a timely manner.
?
與現(xiàn)場運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)保持密切的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)，確保現(xiàn)場需求及時(shí)的到滿足。
?
· Be responsible for the maintenance of supplier database.
?
負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商信息的錄入,核對(duì),歸檔和整理工作。
?
· Suggest best practice in vendor management, vendor performance evaluation.
?
參與制定供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)工作，供應(yīng)商業(yè)績?cè)u(píng)估工作，并提供合理化建議。
?
· Study operational requirements and carry out strategic sourcing to make sure the company benefit from competitive advantage.
?
負(fù)責(zé)公司所需運(yùn)營物資的市場調(diào)研，確保為公司提供有競爭優(yōu)勢的物資與服務(wù)。
?
· In day-to-day contact with vendors and keep a healthy buyer-supplier relationship.
?
日常供應(yīng)商維護(hù)，確保公司受益于健康穩(wěn)定的供求關(guān)系。
?
· Achieve cost reduction without sacrificing on quality and service.
?
在確保質(zhì)量與服務(wù)水平的前提下為公司降低采購成本。
?
· Analyze supplier cost structure, and provide management support on industry best practice
?
對(duì)供應(yīng)商的價(jià)格成本進(jìn)行分析，提供行業(yè)內(nèi)最優(yōu)的管理建議。
?
EDUCATION (batcher\master or others. major…)
?
· Undergraduate degree, majored in drilling & completion, supply chain management preferred.
?
本科及以上學(xué)歷，石油鉆井相關(guān)專業(yè)、供應(yīng)鏈管理相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
?
WORKING EXPERIENCE (years, functions…)
?
· At least 10 + years’ work experience, at least 8 years’ experience in procurement and contracting.
?
至少10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少具有8年以上采購、合同管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?
· At least 6 years hands-on experience in sourcing, tender, contract management, supplier performance evaluation
?
至少6年以上供應(yīng)商尋源、招投標(biāo)、合同管理、供應(yīng)商業(yè)績?cè)u(píng)估經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
?
· Solid work experience in domestic oil & gas industry, preferably in upstream oil & gas operator.
?
具有扎實(shí)的國內(nèi)石油天然氣行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有上游油氣行業(yè)開發(fā)作業(yè)者經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
?
· Overseas work experience or domestic work experience in foreign enterprises are preferred.
?
國外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及國內(nèi)外企工作背景者優(yōu)先。
?
PERSONAL SKILLS (logistic, analyses, presentation, communication …)
?
· Skilled Microsoft Office service package user, such as PowerPoint, able to use Project, ERP & Visio is a plus
?
熟練操作office辦公軟件，PowerPoint。能使用Project, ERP, Visio 軟件者優(yōu)先
?
· Good business sense, effective communicator and negotiator。
?
良好商業(yè)意識(shí)，具有好的溝通和談判能力。
?
· Good team player, willingness to work and contribute as a team
?
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)。
?
· Cope well under pressure, be able to work independently and meet tight targets
?
有良好的抗壓能力，能夠獨(dú)立工作并在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成既定的工作目標(biāo)。
?
REMARKS (language, IT knowledge, certificates...)
?
· Capable of fluent verbal and written English communication
?
能夠流利的運(yùn)用英文進(jìn)行商務(wù)口語溝通和寫作。
?
· Willing to travel regularly on short term basis.
?
能夠適應(yīng)經(jīng)常短期的出差。
?
· CIPS certificates preferred, Level 4+
?
具備采購供應(yīng)管理CIPS證書者優(yōu)先考慮, 4級(jí)及以上
