3崗位目標(biāo)：執(zhí)行董事會制訂的戰(zhàn)略，為公司運營提供必要的財務(wù)支持和信息技術(shù)支持。
?
Target: Implement the strategy defined by the Board, provide necessary finance and information technical support for company operating.
?
4崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities：
?
1)負(fù)責(zé)進行收益風(fēng)險評價和編制財務(wù)預(yù)算；
?
Responsible for profit and risk evaluation, and preparing for finance budget;
?
2)負(fù)責(zé)公司資金運作，確保公司資金合理使用；
?
Responsible for capital operating to ensure that company capital must be used normally.
?
3)負(fù)責(zé)建立并維護內(nèi)部控制系統(tǒng)，確保公司資產(chǎn)的保值增值；
?
Responsible for setting up and maintain internal control system to ensure company assets to keep values or add value.
?
4)負(fù)責(zé)財務(wù)診斷、財務(wù)分析，提出生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及成本控制的對策與建議；
?
Responsible for financial problems diagnosis and analysis, and put forward suggestions for production operation and cost control.
?
5)按照中國的法律法規(guī)、集團和公司的規(guī)定，組織財務(wù)核算和財務(wù)報告；
?
Organize the accounting work and finance reports to ensure them follow related China laws, group and regulation.
?
6)分析并報告對現(xiàn)在、未來的收益有影響的因素并提出建議和解決方案；
?
Analyze and report any items that have impact on current or future profitability and its solution.
?
7)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)財務(wù)部門履行正常的職能，保持良好的記錄系統(tǒng)；
?
Lead Finance department to fulfill normal function, maintain a good record system.
?
8)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信息技術(shù)部門；
?
Oversee IT department.
?
9)負(fù)責(zé)公司的法律和保險事宜；
?
Responsible for company legal and insurance affairs.
?
10)與外管、稅務(wù)、銀行及相關(guān)政府機構(gòu)保持良好關(guān)系；
?
Keep good relationship with foreign exchange bureau, tax bureau, bank and relevant government authorities.
?
任職資格：
?
1)本科以上學(xué)歷，財務(wù)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，有ACCA、CPA等資質(zhì)優(yōu)先
?
Bachelor degree, finance and related specialty, ACCA or CPA is preferred.
?
2)8年以上制造型企業(yè)財務(wù)部門的管理崗位工作經(jīng)驗，其中至少3年以上歐美企業(yè)經(jīng)歷
?
More than 8 years finance management experience in manufacturing industry, at least 3 years in European and American company
?
3)熟悉國家和地方財務(wù)和稅務(wù)法律法規(guī)以及國際財務(wù)報告準(zhǔn)則
?
Be familiar with national and local finance and taxation law and regulation and IFRS
?
4)熟悉ERP的原理和操作，有IT管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
?
Be familiar with ERP principal and operating, IT management experience is preferred
?
5)良好的英文聽、說能力
?
Good command of listening & speaking of English
?
6)較強的人際能力能夠在集團內(nèi)部進行有效的溝通并且具有原則性
?
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively within group and insist principle
?
7)具有較強的創(chuàng)新能力和活力優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程
?
Be able to innovate with a capacity and energy to streamline the business process
?
8)具有戰(zhàn)略眼光和全局觀，在面對緊急和復(fù)雜局面時能夠精確處理，關(guān)注細(xì)節(jié)
?
Be strategy eyesight and perform accurately while meeting tight deadlines, handling multiple assignments and giving highest attention to details
